Sublimation Metal Sheet Blanks

White faced polyester coated aluminium sublimation metal sheet. 0.5mm thick with a white face cut to whichever size you wish with rounded or scalloped corners. Also available in brushed silver and brushed gold.

This sheet metal has a variety of uses. E.g. children’s door plaques, business cards, metal placemats, metal mousemats , display plaques, signs etc. We can cut metal to various sizes from A3 size and smaller.

These products can be fixed to any surface with double sided tape or other fixings as suitable. We also supply the metal hole punched in any corner for hanging or screw fixing.

Bespoke custom sizes for sublimation metal are available if you have a specific square or rectangular shape that you would like. Please contact us for pricing.

Please be advised that during the supply and cutting phases, some surface scratching may appear on the silver side of the metal.

Notes:

The printable white (or other colour) face of this product is covered with a thin plastic cover to protect it from getting scratched. This needs to be removed before printing.
If you don’t see the size you are after then please contact us as we can cut any size and edge it.
Large orders for metal may be subject to a 3-5 day lead time. This is all cut and rounded/ scalloped/hole punched by hand.
Please ensure you select the correct size and edge as these products cannot be exchanged in the event of an error – these are a custom cut product.

I bought x10 200mm x 200mm white square sheets not sure what to expect being new to sublimation printing but they are excellent, The glossy shine after the transfer just made the print pop. I will 100% be buying morr in different sizes as my sublimation journey goes from home crafts to small business.
